Christian Counseling from Sunnyside
We are a group of Christian Counselors conveniently located in SE Portland, OR. While we all hold a Christian worldview, we value and work with our client's own perspectives.
Among us, we specialize in a wide range of treatment areas focusing on pre-marital and marital counseling, relationship difficulties and pre-natal/post-partum emotional health. We can address career and school issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, eating disorders and cutting behaviors.
We also offer compassionate help with men and women in abusive relationships, recovery from trauma or sexual abuse, pornography, sex addiction and those wounded by unhealthy church environments.
In addition we offer different therapeutic groups, Inner Healing work and professional supervision for LPC and MFT interns and those already licensed in Oregon.
Several of our therapists are bi-cultural and bi-lingual in Korean, Chinese, Thai and Japanese.
If you were hurt and in physical pain, you would go to a medical professional who would help you get well again. When you are hurting mentally, emotionally or relationally it may be time to seek professional counseling or psychotherapy. Friends and family can be helpful, but sometimes we need more help than they can give. Or sometimes our problems involve our family and friends.
